Accessibility: Travel Time-Cost to Regional Cities (Senegal - ~ 500 m)

Accessibility to regional cities dataset is modeled as raster-based travel time/cost analysis, computed for the major regional cities (>50k habitants) less than 200 km from the border. The following cities are included: City - Population

Boké,Guinea-Bissau - 54 898, Brikama, Gambia - 81 007, Labé, Guinea - 92 654, Kayes, Mali - 126 319, Bissau, Guinea-Bissau - 387 909, Nouakchott, Mauritania - 958 399.

This 500m resolution raster dataset is part of FAO's Hand-in-Hand Initiative, Geographical Information Systems - Multicriteria Decision Analysis (GIS-MCDA) aimed at the identification of value chain infrastructure sites (or optimal location).
