This theme presents the protected areas bounderies dedicated to international conventions. The data were extracted from the protected areas layer of the DRC and the official sites of some international conventions, namely Ramsar or UNESCO managed by the Ministry in charge of the Environment. Data from this layer have been downloaded from the Ramsar site (www.ramsar.org) and from UNESCO. The boundaries were digitized from topographic maps and satellite imagery. Consequently, the limits are only approximations of the state of the places; Information is essentially indicative in nature
