Lake surface area changes, between 1988 and 2009 (Landsat Thematic Mapper 5) - Item 1

This analysis was carried out using Landsat TM5 images (NASA, USGS). The surface area of the lake has decreased by 1.1 square miles (2.92 square kilometers) over 21 years.In the following images, these changes can be appreciated, mainly on the southern lakeside.
