This report describes how the B and C wings (a total of 220,000 ft2) of the RSF were equipped for monitoring its energy use, how its systems were modeled to forecast their energy use, and how those systems actually performed in 2011. The datasets in this submission present energy use by the RSF systems that are analyzed in this submission.
