Scope of Work for John H. Kerr Section 215 Feasibility Study Roanoke River Hydrodynamic and Water Quality Monitoring and Modeling Description of Existing And Future Without Project Conditions

The purpose of this contract is to inventory the existing conditions and to forecast future conditions for water quality if no operational changes are implemented at John H. Kerr Dam. Information gathered during the course of this contract, will be used along with information gathered for the other identified areas of interest, to evaluate the impacts and feasibility of implement of various modifications to the operation or structure at John H. Kerr Dam.
