Tajikistan is a beneficiary country from the list of HIH priority countries. Hand-in-Hand focuses on countries that struggle with poverty and food security. The initiative applies a framework specifically conceived to identify areas within these countries that have good agricultural potential but also high levels of poverty and hunger.
