HILLSHADE data is for cartographic use only and was created using ArcGIS "HILLSHADE" command that models illumination of a surface from a light source with an azimuth of 315� and an altitude of 45�. This metadata complies with the VT Geodata Portal format and applies to thematic layers with the same resolution (RESCLASS), e.g., 0p7m, 1m etc., and may include multiple data "collection" efforts.
