Adirondack Land Trust's Completed Projects

The Adirondack Land Trust works to forever conserve the forests, farmlands, waters and wild places that advance the quality of life of our communities and the ecological integrity of the Adirondacks. This layer includes all completed land protection projects.

 

The type of project is indicated by the interest field and will be either conservation easement or fee. This includes properties ALT currently owns, has an easement on, has transferred to another conservation entity, or assisted with. A disposed on date of 'None' means the land trust currently holds the property.

 

Property boundaries may be from real property data, georeferenced or from surveys and should not be deemed as reliable on the ground conditions.
