Air Quality Investigations - Biological Sampling Data

Twenty-two high elevation lakes (>3000m) in Rocky Mountain National Park and Indian Peaks Wilderness Area, Colorado, were surveyed in 1981, 1996, and 1998-2001 to explore relationships among benthic invertebrates, water chemistry, and other environmental variables. Benthic invertebrates were collected from the littoral zone using both a kick net and Hess sampler.
