BLM Colorado Visual Resource Inventory Observation Points

Geodatabase format. An Inventory Observation Point (IOP) is either an important viewpoint or is representative of the scenic quality rating unit being evaluated for scenic quality. Each scenic quality rating unit (SQRU) will have at least on IOP. Each IOP may be used to evaluate one or more SQRU.
