BLM Colorado Visual Resource Inventory Scenic Quality Rating Unit Polygons

Scenic Quality Rating Units or SQRU's measure the visual appeal of a tract of land. Public lands are given an A,B,or C rating based on the apparent scenic quality which is determined using seven key factors: Landform, vegetation, water, color, adjacent scenery, scarcity, and cultural modifications. These data represent the polygon features that define the SQRU's.
