California Fire Perimeters (Recent)

Fire Perimeters from  the previous 5 years. Provides a reasonable view of the spatial distribution of past large fires. Only fires 5000 acres or greater are labeled, with labels displaying when zoomed to at least 1:750,000. The data is updated annually with fire perimeters from the previous fire season. This service represents the latest official release, and is updated annually when a new version is released. As of July, 2021 it represents fire20_1.
