CARE Denials

Summary count of denial reasons documented from CARE - a Data collection system used by the Family Assessment and Support Services program areas to document the requests for information & referral and the case management of clients. It also provides Financial information to LEAP so that checks can be produced from LEAP for payment on behave of our clients.
