Climatological Services Memorandums

Climatological Services Memorandums were a series of memoranda issued by the Weather Bureau for the purpose of keeping all stations informaed on the status and progress of improvements being made or contemplated in the Bureau's climatological program. In addition to information, the memoranda occasionally contain suggestions, clarification of policy pertaining to the climatological program, and other bits of interest to Weather Bureau employees interested in the development of climatology and the Bureau's climatological program. Memoranda were issued as necessary beginning December 1948 and ending September 1965. This collection was scanned from physical copies at the National Climatic Data Center and the Colorado State Climatologist's Office.
