CorporateUpdateWebService

The service will determine if there is an existing, active POA relationship for the identified Veteran and the provided POA Code. If there is an active POA relationship already established for the Veteran and the provided POA Code,the service will update the AUTHZN_POA_ACCESS_IND and AUTHZN_CHANGE_CLMANT_ADDRS_IND using the values passed as inputs. If there is no active POA relationship already established for the Veteran and the provided POA Code, the service will throw an error and not continue with the update.
