EHR Incentive Program Payments - Providers

Total and Most Recent Electronic Health Record (EHR) Payments and Addresses for Eligible Providers. Eligible Medi-Cal professionals and hospitals are able to receive incentive payments to assist in purchasing, installing, and using electronic health records in their practices.
