Human Capital Tracking Tool -

AVS is now required to collect, track, and report on data from the following Flight, Business and Workforce Plan. The Human Resource Management’s Performance Target Initiatives are to provide, Service Level Agreement for Staffing Services, a 45 Day Hiring Standard, a Baseline for Hiring of Entry - Level Employees, and Entry - Level Hiring of Veterans. The Human Capital Tracking Tool (HCTT) replaces the FY '07 AVS Service Level Agreement Tracking spreadsheet.
