LandScan USA 2016 TX Coast AOI Nighttime

This dataset is an extract of the LandScan USA Population Database 2016 for counties along the Texas coast affected by Hurricane Harvey. LandScan USA Population Database 2016 provides estimated population counts at 3 arc-second resolution for Nighttime and Daytime, for the Continental United States, Hawaii, and Alaska. Residents, Prisoners, Workers, Students, and Shoppers are modeled. These are baseline population estimates, which do not include transitory populations such as business travelers and tourists. Nighttime population estimates at 3 arc-second resolution are also available for Puerto Rico.
