Longshore DBA Case Summary Report

The OWCP Defense Base Act Case Summary Reports (DBA Case Summaries) are compiled from data maintained by the Department of Labor, Office of Workers' Compensation Programs (OWCP), Division of Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation (DLHWC) in the administration of the Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act and its extensions.
