Multifamily Tax Subsidy Income Limits

Multifamily Tax Subsidy Projects (MTSP) Income Limits were developed to meet the requirements established by the Housing and Economic Recovery Act of 2008 (Public Law 110-289). MTSP Income Limits are provided and are used to determine qualification levels as well as set maximum rental rates.
