This dataset is developed by the Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC), Division of Water to delineate the boundaries of the automatically designated MS4 areas extended to Town, Village or City boundaries, and subject to Minimum Control Measures under the SPDES General Permit for Phase II Stormwater Regulations. This dataset is subject to change.
