Narcotic Treatment Program Master List

The Narcotic Treatment Program Master List contains a list of all state-licensed and certified narcotic treatment programs. The Master List contains the contact information for each program listed and additional details regarding total number of slots, and if program has a 2+2 waiver, and/or 30 day take home approval on file with the Department.
