Obstructed Areas

Obscured Areas are areas in the compilation imagery that due to shadows, dense vegetation, heavy tree cover, building lean, etc., that completely block out all image detail and nothing can be seen or interpolated to meet accuracy or project scope. Since these areas are obscured by shadows, the level of confidence in the placement of the bounding lines is reduced.
