Orders on Consent result from DEC enforcement of state environmental laws and regulations. For more about Orders, see OGC 11: Order on Consent Enforcement Policy. Generally, icons for Orders are placed where the violations occurred. Otherwise, the icons are placed at the Respondent's address. The Orders posted do not include anything prior to 2019.They also do not include out-of-state Respondents and those for which the violation does not relate to a specific location.
