Parcels Owner Reports

This layer is a deriviative product of the Parcels_in_Project_Townships layer using the dissolve tool. The parcels were dissolved by the field Own_Rpt_No in order to minimize duplicate attachments. Ownership reports have been attached using the Create Attachment method in ArcGIS 10.0. A table and relationship class named ParcelsOwnerReports_ATTACH and ParcelsOwnerReports_ATTACHREL are the respective results.
