PRD Research priorities and needs

This data set contains information regarding the Protected Resources Division's research priorities and needs to support management actions as identified for the various PRD programs that exist. These programs include: take reduction plans/strategies (Atlantic Large Whale and Harbor Porpoise Take Reduction Plans, Atlantic Trawl Gear Take Reduction Strategy); marine mammal viewing; sea turtles; salmon, sturgeon, and species of concern; and stranding and disentanglement. These research priorities and needs are reviewed annually and updated as needed. They are posted to PRD's website.
