Residential Pipeline: Loudoun County 2019 General Plan Policy Areas

The Residential Pipeline refers to the number of approved but not yet built residential units within approved residential developments, both by-right and legislative (rezoning) within Loudoun County.  If the County has issued a building permit for a unit, it is counted as built.  Any completed or built out development is not included in the Residential Pipeline.  It is updated annually by This Residential Pipeline application contains the geographic location of all pipeline developments with remaining residential units by the 2019 General Plan Policy Areas.  Each Policy Area is shown on individual maps with a corresponding pop-up to show both the overall remaining total and individual unit (single-family attached, single-family detached, etc.) totals.  The location of all completed residential development, with approved unit totals, are also included to show the overall approved development that has occurred in each Policy Area.  To review the entire Residential Pipeline Report, please visit the Loudoun County Department of Planning and Zoning's Residential Pipeline web page located here.
