Salamander Environmental DNA (eDNA)

These data describe detections of environmental DNA (eDNA) of eight species of salamanders including Eurycea cirrigera, Gyrinophilus porphyriticus, Desmognathus fuscus, Desmognathus monticola, Desmognathus welteri, Plethodon richmondi, Eurycea longicauda, and Cryptobranchus alleganiensis in water samples collected from sites in the Buckhorn Creek watershed in eastern Kentucky, USA.
