This dataset lists the General Acute Care (GAC) Hospitals that have been granted extensions for seismic compliance; facilities that currently have extension requests under review are not included in this table. Extensions are sorted by County, by hospital building. To link the HCAI IDs with those from other Departments, like CDPH, please reference the "Licensed Facility Cross-Walk" Open Data table at https://data.chhs.ca.gov/dataset/licensed-facility-crosswalk.
