Snoqualmie loggers 2011-12 (Water temperature recorded throughout the Snoqualmie watershed, 2011-12)

We installed 32 water temperature loggers (Onset, tidbit) throughout the Snoqualmie River watershed during summer 2011. Two-thirds of tidbits were distributed throughout the major tributaries and mainstem, and the remaining one-third were densely distributed in the Raging River subwatershed, for a nested spatial design. Temperature is being recorded at 15-minute intervals. Loggers will be collected at the end of summer 2012. We will investigate:

(1) temporal patterns in water temperature using wavelet analysis, and

(2) whether spatial network topology was related to water temperature.

Collaborator: Ashley Steel, US Forest Service. Water temperature, 15-minute intervals, collected throughout the Snoqualmie River watershed
