Solution for African Food Enterprises (SAFE) Performance Evaluation Questionnaire for Kenya and Zambia Case Studies

Solutions for African Food Enterprises (SAFE) is a five-­year Feed the Future activity in the East Africa region funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Bureau of Food Security that seeks to expand the availability of affordable and nutritious foods. The program is a joint venture between USAID, TechnoServe, and Partners in Food Solutions. The data asset contains information gathered through a structured questionnaire on food purchasing decisions and availability of nutritious foods to two selected food processing companies in Kenya and Zambia. The two processing food companies were chosen as case studies for the SAFE performance evaluation.
