This dataset provides a summary of revenue and loan receipts. Revenue and loan receipts are divided in four categories: recurrent revenue, capital revenue, transfers from Capital Development Fund, and loan receipts. Each category is composed of Heads which represent main groups of sources of revenue, types of transfers from the Capital Development Fund, and loan receipts. A distinction between taxation and non-tax revenue is available for recurrent revenue.
Values are available for estimated receipts for the relevant fiscal year (t), consolidated fund receipts for one fiscal year prior (t-1), and accounts for two fiscal years prior (t-2).
Data extracted from 'Statement XIV, Summary of Revenue and Loan Receipts' of the Financial Statements & Revenue Estimates for FY 2011-2012 through 2014-2015; 'Statement I, Summary of Revenue and Loan Receipts' of the Financial Statements & Revenue Estimates for FY 2015-2016; and 'Statement I, Summary of Revenue and Loan Receipts' of the Revenue Estimates & Financial Statements for FY 2016-2017. Data have been formatted so that it can be summarized with a pivot table.
