Tampa CV Pilot Signal Phasing and Timing (SPaT) Message (Restricted Access)

This dataset contains Signal Phasing and Timing (SPaT) messages that are continuously broadcasted by road-side units (RSU) (10Hz) and follow SAE J2735 data frames (Section 6) and data elements (Section 7) structure. This data is captured as a part of the Tampa Connected Vehicle (CV) Pilot project.
