USGS/EPA Culture versus Enrichment PCR Dataset

The dataset provides the raw data in support of Tables 1-4 of the paper and include: colony forming unit (CFU) data for each of three replicates of sand, loam, and clay soils; results for the sand/clay and loam/clay soil blend culture experiments; Quibit DNA concentration data; and polymerase chain reaction data.
