Wyoming CV Pilot Processed Speed Data (Restricted Access)

This dataset contains data from the processed speed data table, captured as a part of the Wyoming Connected Vehicle (CV) Pilot project. In this dataset, each original speed data observation is a record and is combined with additional road weather information system (RWIS), Variable Speed Limit (VSL), storm category, Performance Measures (PM), and Data Quality variables.
