Enforcement Fines

This is a list of COIB enforcement actions against current or former public servants for violation(s) of the City's conflicts of interest law that were resolved by settlement through a public disposition or by a Board order. It summarizes monetary fines paid to the Board, monetary fines imposed but not paid to the Board, and additional penalties considered by the Board in assessing monetary fines.
