The Maryland Department of Commerce (COMMERCE) identifies and maintains boundaries where business may be eligible for income tax - real property and personal property tax credits for job creation and investments. Businesses in an Enterprise Zone Focus Area may be eligible for real property tax credits - personal property tax credits and income tax credits.
