NYC Health + Hospitals patient care locations - 2011

NYC Health + Hospitals is the largest municipal health care system in the country serving more than one million New Yorkers every year. The City’s public health care delivery system provides trauma, emergency, medical, mental health and substance abuse services across the five boroughs.
