Organophosphate pesticide manuscript dataset

Dataset investigating concordance between short-term transcriptomic points-of-departure and chronic points-of departure for three organophosphate pesticides across mouse and fathead minnow. Portions of this dataset are inaccessible because: The data files are too large. They can be accessed through the following means: Raw FASTQ files and raw and normalized read count matrices for the mouse liver study were submitted to the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) Gene Expression Omnibus database (accession GSE240853). Raw FASTQ files for the fathead minnow larva study were submitted to the NCBI Sequence Read Archive (submission: SUB13852035). Format: FASTQ files from RNA-sequencing.

This dataset is associated with the following publication: Martin, R., M. Hazemi, K. Flynn, D. Villeneuve, and L. Wehmas. Short-Term Transcriptomic Points of Departure Are Consistent with Chronic Points of Departure for Three Organophosphate Pesticides across Mouse and Fathead Minnow. Toxics. MDPI, Basel, SWITZERLAND, 11(10): 820, (2023).
