Smart Columbus Smart Mobility Hubs (SMH) Project - Interactive Kiosk Experience (IKE)

This dataset contains multiple datasets from the Smart Columbus Smart Mobility Hubs (SMH) Project relating to the interactive kiosk experience (IKE), including all Hub locations, dwell time and frequency of use of kiosks, and activity counters for the kiosks deployed. Additional data relating to the SMH Project can be found in the Pivot Trip Planning Dataset.

Smart Mobility Hubs bring the city’s transportation options together at a single location via an interactive digital kiosk known as “IKE” (short for Interactive Kiosk Experience) – and provide access to several cool features like the Pivot trip-planning app, free Wi-Fi, and listings of restaurants, shops, and activities. Data in this dataset can help understand the impact of deploying hubs on mode transfers and enabling micro-transit usage for first and last mile connections and provide user perspective on the usefulness of hubs in enabling multi-modal travel planning and execution.
