Township Centroids of the Public Land Surveying System (PLSS)

Provides North Dakota Public Land Survey System township centroids. This layer would be used primarily to label townships for cartographic reasons, allowing the township numbers to be consistently placed at the center of the township rather than labeling polygons and having the township numbers placed in random locations within the polygons.
