Dataset for Harrill, J.A. et al., 'Signature Analysis of High-Throughput Transcriptomics Screening Data for Mechanistic Inference and Chemical Grouping' published in Toxicological Sciences, https://doi.org/10.1093/toxsci/kfae108

This dataset contains gene expression profiles and gene signature concentration-response modeling results for 1751 unique chemicals. The chemicals were tested in MCF7 cells using an exposure duration of six hours. The datasets also contains the results of molecular target enrichment and chemotype enrichment analyses performed downstream of the gene signature concentration-response modeling.
